So you want to be a writer. Ok. Got a computer? Check. Space to write? Check. Quiet, uninterrupted time with which to be alone with your thoughts? Check. Coffee? Yes. Pad of paper and pen in bag at all times so that all those awesome ideas can be captured and acted upon at a later time while alone, uninterrupted in that quiet space? Yes. OK then, sounds like you are ready. Wait. What's that? You don't know what to write about? You have no ideas? Well join the club. We'll make room for you. You are not alone.
Oh? That's not as comforting as you would have thought? Well, get over it. Get over it and get out there and write something. Anything. You used to write all the time. You even got paid for it. Seems like a long time ago, eh? It was a long time ago. No use sugar coating it- you are aging just as quickly as the rest of us. There is no reason to wait for tomorrow. You want to make a change in your life? Fine. Then do it. it is now or never.
